Naksha Design Institute, a premier design education institute headed by Mrs. Sharmistha Sikder, established in 2019 presented Naksha Vista Gala 2024, an innovative fashion runway show was held on April 20th at Mohit Moitra Manch. Product launch segment of this event was a vibrant affairs, featuring aspiring talents in Fashion industry. It was a collaboration by partnering with Lakme Academy Kolkata as Makeup & Hairstyling Partner and Powered by Alpha Studio.
This event were focused on youth & women empowerment. This event already made a positive impact on our society.
The models were prepared in an extensive two weeks of training including grooming, choreography & screening session. There was 10 in-house fashion designer & one uprising fashion label 'Bunan Daria' by Arijit Paul.
The name of their talented In house designing students are, Sriparna Sengupta, Baishakhi paul, Munmun, pritee bag, Kanok halder, Sudipta, arvin, Lina Biswas, Sudipta, Purva. The inspiration of the brilliant participants was from Sahoj path, Nature's story, recycling of old fabric to new concepts, story of Egypt. A fusion of traditional and modern fashion was witnessed on this particular day.
25+ runway models & 5 groomer cum Choreographer had trained our runway models. The name of Naksha's top runway models are Tanushree, Moumita, Arshiya, Aisha, Shrestha, Kona, Promila, Sourin, Soumya, Arghya and many others
This Gala was a spectacular event decked with renown guest such as
Tollywood actress Sudipta Banerjee, Deputy Mayor Of Kolkata Atin Ghosh, Kolkata municipality borough one chairman Tarun Saha, Director & CEO of Techno India Group & Techno India University Prof. Dr. Sujoy Biswas, Santi Das, Pandit Mollar Ghosh, famous designer Santanu Guha Thakurta, Arijit Maity, Mrs Naina More and many other famous faces of the society have made the event much more happening.
